Advancing Orchestral and Choral Arts Through New Partnerships
Efforts to strengthen the technical resources of orchestras and choirs and advance professional performing arts continue across Uzbekistan.
As part of this initiative, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed between the Creative Association of Orchestras and Choirs and the Mukimi State Academic Musical Theatre of Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, the Association's Chairman and People's Artist of Uzbekistan, Kamoliddin Urinbayev, met with the theatre's orchestra and choir members, heard their suggestions and discussed prospects for further cooperation.
As the first practical outcome of the partnership, the theatre received 40 music stands, 40 music stand lights, and 10 sets of Thomastik strings for string instruments.
The initiative aims to support creative ensembles, improve performance quality, and further promote orchestral and choral arts.
